Manage REIT and REIT’s assets in accordance with the Trust Deed and REIT Manager Appointment Agreement. This includes setting investment policies and strategies, acquisition and disposal of assets, financing, budgeting, reporting, seeking benefits from assets and setting Distribution Policy to the unitholders.
